Travel to Interlaken, Lunch at Hotel Metropole
Afternoon: General assembly and scientific presentations
Afternoon: Partner’s programme (Museum for Time-keeping and Mechanical Music or Oberhofen Castle)
Evening: Apéro and dinner

Sunday, June 21:
Geological excursion to Gasterntal and Sunnbüel (2000 m).
Walk to the Gasterntal. Spectacular tectonics of Helvetic nappes, railway tunnel story, climb to the Sunnbüel for the fittest participants (the others by cable car).
Lunch at Sunnbüel.
Return to the Hotels in Interlaken

Monday, June 22:
Geological excursion to the Haslital, visit of the underground electric power stations of KWO (Kraftwerke Oberhasli),
spectacular quartz crystal cavern in the central Aare Granite, Lunch at Restaurant Alpenrösli on the Grimsel pass.
